Wyvern Health appoints Carol Bryant as CEO ahead of hospital opening

As the major building works at Wyvern Private Hospital reach completion this Friday, July 19th, and the hospital project enters its commissioning phase, the Board of Wyvern Health is delighted to announce the appointment of Carol Bryant as the CEO of Wyvern Private Hospital.

Carol Bryant, who previously served as CEO of Westmead Private and Macquarie University hospitals, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in private hospital operations to the Wyvern Private Hospital project. Her expertise will be instrumental as the Hospital transitions from construction to its operational phase. Carol will be supported by Anne Scott, Director of Clinical Services, and John Boulous, Chief Financial Officer.

With the hospital's construction phase concluding, Ian Campbell and his company, Valufacture Solutions, will be stepping aside from the project. Ian has played a vital role in bringing Wyvern Private Hospital to this significant milestone, and the Board of Wyvern Health extends its sincere gratitude to Ian.

"We are excited to welcome Carol Bryant as our new CEO," said Dr. Bill Sears, Chair of Wyvern Health Pty Ltd. "Her leadership and experience in managing private hospitals will be crucial as we prepare to open our doors to patients in November. We also extend our heartfelt thanks to Ian Campbell for the pivotal role he has played and his invaluable contributions in conceiving and bringing the project to this point."

Wyvern Private Hospital, surrounded by pristine bushland and featuring state-of-the-art facilities, is set to offer specialist medical services including spinal surgery, orthopaedic surgery, vascular surgery, interventional cardiology, pain management, general surgery, ENT surgery and plastic surgery.
